Really good service!Received my travel vaccines. I found it very easy to enquire about travel vaccines through the website. I had a fast response and was booked in for an appointment. During the appointment the pharmacist was professional and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable, safe and informed. If I was to require any more travel vaccines I would definitely return!
I contacted several pharmacies and this was the only one that had rabies vaccine in stock. Everything was straightforward - booking, e mail confirmation with clear guidance on locating the pharmacy, courteous treatment on arrival. Thorough and friendly service. I’d definitely use it again and it seems like they have good vaccine suppliers.
I had a vaccination this afternoon witha pharmacist called Mohammed , what a difference to some previous vaccinations iv had in the past .Mohammed was so pleasant but professional and I certainly did not feel rushed at all .I was very very nervous and he took his time with me answering my questions and explaining everything and asking me all the relevant questions re my medical details for the forms...
Travel clinic is very knowledgeable and the receptionist gave me an initial consultation over the phone. I am due to move to Thailand in a month's time and I needed to sort out my vaccinations very quickly. Travel clinic booked me in straight away and gave me recommendations on all the vaccinations I would need.Asam gave me my in person consultation and administered all my vaccinations. He did it carefully and was very attentive in ensuring I felt okay after every injection.Excellent professional service.
Went for Vaccination. Pharmadoctor.co.uk seemed to have the wrong details for prices so be careful on that. The vaccinator (dr?) was very professional and even gave me some information about another medicine (sertraline) I was taking that could have severe interactions with Ibuprofen so top marks there! The entrance to the actual centre is not easy to find so call the number they give once you're parked to be taken in.
I am very happy with the service provided by this pharmacy. It was straightforward to book a Covid booster online and then I was able to ring to check the details of the timing. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and I was sent clear instructions and photographs about how to find my way. My appointment ran to time, and I was greeted by a member of staff. The pharmacist who provided the vaccination, Asam Bashir, took the time to check that I was clear about everything and had no additional questions.
